Skype lessons are right for you if you would like to learn to play a keyboard instrument, or improve the skills you already have, but:
- can’t find a good local teacher
- are unable or don’t want to travel for your lessons
- want to take lessons on your instrument, not your teacher’s
- want to take lessons from me. (Hey, it happens. 🙂 I met a lot of people during those years as a writer/arranger for Sheet Music Magazine.)
With a computer, webcam and Skype, you can take lessons from the comfort of your home. Each lesson is 30 or 45 minutes long, and be scheduled weekly, monthly, or “as needed”.
I’ve taught “distance” lessons for nearly 25 years. Back in the day, we used audio and video tapes (imagine that!). Now, with computers, webcams and Skype, this is easy, convenient, and fun!
